The questionnaire „Healthy citizens for a healthy future“.
This research instrument consisting of a series of questions for the purpose of gathering information from respondents about healthy life style was carried out face to face in each partner country. The questionnaire was an effective means of measuring the behavior, attitudes, preferences, opinions towards healthy life style. The data was gathered twice – in the beginning and at the end of the project activities. The questionnaires were completed and submitted for analysis in paper form. The conclusion based on the results of the research was formulated.
